Try using the Makro Recorder, it helped me a lot. Start recording and then just make a copy of a worksheet and stop it again. It will generate some code in a new module. Now you can use this code to wrap it in a loop for example and create as many worksheets as you like. But beware, I think there is a certain limit of worksheets per workbook.
